I thought I was in for a fluffy Christmas romance story, but boy did I not expect this. This book had me crying with laughter and just plain old ugly crying. This was such a heartbreakingly beautiful take on a second chance romance.

by: Sarah J. Maas
Enchantingly amazing! I blew threw the second book in the ACOTAR series and let’t just say this is the one that got me completed addicted to Sarah J. Maas stories. “To the people who look at the stars and wish, To the stars who listen— and the dreams that are answered.”

by: Devney Perry
I believe very few books have moved me to tears as profoundly as this one. In my view, this stands out as one of Devney Perry’s finest works! It eloquently captured the raw emotions of coping with loss and allowing oneself to embrace love again after enduring such a profound loss.

by: Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti
This is the second book in the Zodiac Academy series, and it totally hooked me, making me want to gobble up the next seven books. While this book had me cracking up, the rest of the series always got me feeling all emotional, almost driving me crazy.

by: Shantel Tessier
Didn’t think I was going to like this book as much as I did. I absolutely devoured this book! It was incredibly amazing, and the banter in their relationship was just mesmerizing. The “Touch her, you die” trope in the story was so thrilling, and Ryat is undoubtedly one of the most captivating Dark Romance book boyfriends. The intoxicating “SPICE” in this book, combined with numerous twists and turns, had me completely addicted, reading until the sun came up.

by: Sarah J. Maas
This book and series completely captivated me! I found myself experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions, from heartbreak to excitement to fury. It’s an incredible story that truly makes you feel every possible emotion. Celaena is hands down one of the most remarkable female characters I’ve ever encountered, and she will always hold a special place in my heart as one of my ultimate fantasy characters.

by: Veronica Roth
If you know, you KNOW! This book absolutely infuriated me! I was seething at the way the Divergent series concluded.

by: Kat Singleton
I couldn’t contain my excitement to delve into this billionaire romance series, only to be met with overwhelming disappointment as I flipped through the pages of this book. Sure, the spice was there, but that’s all there was to it. The plot failed to captivate, leaving me utterly bored, and the female main character seemed frustratingly feeble-minded. Her just going along with things instead of taking charge and walking away when she could totally do that? Like, seriously, it just didn’t make any sense at all. However, the second book in this series DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

by: Rebecca Yarros
This series is about to absolutely destroy me, I can sense it. This book reignited my passion for romantasy and I devoured every word. The FMC and the MMC are absolutely phenomenal, and I’m head over heels for both of them. Xaden Riorson is at the top of my book boyfriend list, with Rhysand from ACOTAR as his only rival. I often find myself torn between preferring Xaden or Rhys, depending on my mood.

I stumbled upon this dark fantasy series by chance, as it was available on Kindle Unlimited. Little did I know that it would utterly captivate me and leave me eagerly awaiting the next books. With its dark themes and moments that made me laugh hysterically, this series has proven to be absolutely amazing. The strength of the female main character and her position on the dark side of the enemies to lovers trope is truly refreshing.
