I totally gobbled up this book! If you love mafia romances that get your heart racing, you’re in for a wild ride with this story. It dances on the edge of dark vibes but had me cracking up at the most random times, playing with that romantic tension like a pro. The chemistry and flirty back-and-forth between Alessandro and Elyse were super captivating. The second Alessandro saw Elyse, she became his angel, but her fiery attitude had her making things tough, stretching out that delicious tension. And that wedding scene? Oh man, it was off the charts! Imagine Elyse storming down the aisle, all fired up, slapping Alessandro in front of the whole mafia crew, only to follow it up with a passionate kiss! I can’t help but swoon over Alessandro; this rugged Italian mafia boss is such a confusing mix of tough guy and sweetie, turning into a flirty teddy bear just for Elyse. You can tell he’d take a bullet for her without a second thought! And even though they’re stuck in a forced marriage, you can’t miss the insane chemistry they have as an unstoppable duo. Warning: this book ends in a cliffhanger that will leave you fuming!
