Series: Evergreen Grove #1
Synopsis:
They say you can never go back home again, and for Blair Bennett, this might be true. Ten years after fleeing the small-town confines of Evergreen Grove, Colorado, she is now a concert photographer who has moved on from her unrequited crush on her best friend, Ford, thanks to a certain rockstar. Returning home as a maid-of-honor, she faces the memories of her past, including a cringe-worthy confession to Ford on his wedding day. Ford Hastings, unexpectedly a Bridesman amidst a messy separation, finds his buried feelings for Blair resurfacing, but he fears it may be too late after years of silence. As they navigate wedding chaos and rekindle old emotions, will they finally understand why fate kept them apart, or will they discover they were meant to be together all along?
ARC Review:
This was a delightful romance read that I devoured faster than a pizza at a midnight snack—seriously, I finished it in a day! Blair and Ford had such a spark; their chemistry sizzled like bacon on a Sunday morning, and the way they communicated was like a perfectly tuned duet. Watching Blair wrestle with her old crush while Ford played catch-up was cuteness overload! And let’s not forget the side gig of planning their other best friend’s wedding to Mr. Absolute Jerk—talk about entertainment! But my favorite part? Forget the main couple; I’m itching for the next rom-com featuring Miles and Ronnie. I demand to know their story ASAP!
